Only products in new, unused condition and its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery with a refund to the original form of payment.

Fireplaces and any parts installed on site are not thereafter returnable or refundable. If there are technical issues, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the Fireplace Doctors through the contact information on our contact page on this website with full specifics of the issue.  Fireplace Doctors will be responsible for faulty installation or product defects covered by the respective warranty.  Fireplace Doctors will charge for correction of operator errors, problems arising from use not in keeping with the product's operating manual or damage to the equipment incurred after installation.
